Description. Forewing length: male 2.9–3.2 mm (mean = 3.0, n = 8), female: 3.1–3.2 mm (mean = 3.2, n = 3). Body stramineous except for an orange-red mark in front and above the eyes, as well as a red mark on the mesonotum. Male genital styles oval; proximal dorsal process broad; distal dorsal process long. Apical portion of aedeagus divided by a deep, longitudinal, dorsal groove; left side with a prominent, pointed process directed dorsad; right side with 2 pointed processes directed forward, the ventral one longer and with a curved tip; an additional flat process on the outer right side directed caudad.

Note. Very similar to Saccharodite plurima sp. nov. The above description has been shortened, due to this similarity.

Etymology. The species name is a Latin adjective (eburneus, -a, -um = ivory-like).

Distribution. North Borneo.

Diagnosis. Saccharodite eburnea is closely related to Sa. terebra Zelazny which is also found in Borneo. It can be separated by the stramineous frons and legs, and by the terminal, pointed process on the male aedeagus, which is longer and curved at the tip.
