This widespread, uncommonly encountered eucnemid species was previously recorded from District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin ( Muona 2000; Otto and Karns 2017).
