Sphyrna leaeini (all classes)

Regression of 12 morphological measurements against PL in all S. leaeini individuals recovered seven cases of isometric growth and five cases of allometric growth ( Table 4 View Table 4 ). R 2 values varied from 0.39 (KC; Table 4 View Table 4 ) to 0.85 (EE; Table 4 View Table 4 ). The measurements PS, KC, UL, CH and EE all showed significant negative allometry ( Fig. 4 View Figure 4 ; Table 4 View Table 4 ).

Sphyrna leaeini (class-specific)

Regression of 12 morphological measurements against PL in S. leaeini Class One individuals recovered five cases of isometric growth and seven cases of allometric growth ( Table 5 View Table 5 ). R 2 values varied from 0.16 (KC; Table 5 View Table 5 ) to 0.78 (UL; Table 5 View Table 5 ). The measurements FS, PS, KC, DL, UL, PF and EE all showed significant negative allometry ( Fig. 5 View Figure 5 ; Table 5 View Table 5 ). Regression of 12 morphological measurements against PL in S. leaeini Class Two individuals recovered five cases of isometric growth and seven cases of allometric growth ( Table 6 View Table 6 ). R 2 values varied from 0.08 (KC and UL; Table 6 View Table 6 ) to 0.75 (EE; Table 6 View Table 6 ). The measurements LS, PS, KC, UL, LL, CH and EE all showed significant negative allometry ( Fig. 6 View Figure 6 ; Table 6 View Table 6 ).
