Distribution. Brazil * (Amazonas, Roraima), Suriname (Brokopondo, Sipaliwini) and Venezuela (Amazonas) ( Miller 2016) ( Fig. 15View FIGURE 15).

Habitat. This species has been collected from waterholes in a forest stream, tiny forest pools, large detrital pools, large sandy creek, and along a stream ( Miller 2016). In this study it was collected in rapids, shaded forest stream at 30 m a.s.l., below seepage at 618 m a.s.l., and from light traps.
