Macrobiotus occidentalis Murray, 1910

Material examined. 11 specimens and one egg were collected from the Huangguoshu Fall, four specimens from Langdeshang Village.

Remarks. This species was reported as a new record for China from Beijing Municipality and Hebei Province (Rahm, 1936-1937 a, b; 1937). Then it was collected from Yunnan Province ( Beasley & Cleveland, 1996), from Sichuan Province ( Yang, 2003). It is the first report of this species from Guizhou Province.
