Diagnosis. Antennal scape subglobose; pedicel transverse. Vertex of head rugose and punctate, without sulcus. Elytra with anterior margin black, each elytron with four or five yellow costae and black interspaces are finely punctate ( Staines 2013).
Material examined. COLOMBIA: Antioquia, Frontino, Corregimiento Murrí , 1317m, hand collecting, rotten trunk, i.1982. Coll. R. Bernal G., (1ex.) [MEFLG-6279] .
Measurements: 35mm
Plant associations. None found.
Distribution. Colombia (Antioquia) ( Staines 2013).
