Diagnosis. Antennal scape elongate and expanding. Vertex of head punctate with setae and medial sulcus. Front and clypeus punctate; each elytron with six costae; ochre-yellow on anterior half and reddish on posterior half ( Staines 2013).
Material examined. COLOMBIA: Nariño, Barbacoas, Altaquer, Reserva Natural Río Ñambí , 1440m, x.2009. Coll. E. Flórez & est. Tax. Anim. (1ex.) [ ICN-E] .
Measurements: 36mm
Plant associations. None found.
Distribution. Colombia (Nariño; Valle del Cauca), Ecuador ( Staines 2013, 2015).
