Diagnosis. Antennal scape subglobose, thicker than pedicel; both subequal in length. Vertex and front of head punctate. Clypeus punctate and with some pale setae. Elytra yellow; apical margin black; with a black spot in the middle region ( Staines 2013).
Distribution. Colombia (Amazonas), Brazil; French Guiana; Peru, Suriname; Venezuela; Guyana; Bolivia ( Staines 2011, 2013).
