Number of specimens recorded. 1.

Distribution. Parts of central and northern Europe. Portugal: one province (Beira Litoral).

Ecology. The single Portuguese specimen of T. nigricauda was recorded from a marshland with Phragmites australis , Typha latifolia and several Cyperaceae . Its ecology in the rest of Europe is unknown.

Rarity (%). 1.1 (very rare).
