Distribution. Europe. Portugal: two northern coastal provinces.

Ecology. Recorded from four macrohabitat categories in Portugal, with most sampling sites situated in park landscape. In northwestern Europe, this species is found on tree trunks in a wide variety of habitat types.

Rarity (%). 6.9 (fairly rare). Very common (FL).

Activity period. May–June.
