Distribution. Europe; also North Africa. Portugal: four northern provinces.

Ecology. Recorded from the littoral zone and dunes in Portugal, which corresponds largely with its habitat affinity in northwestern Europe.

Rarity (%). 4.6 (rare). Fairly rare (FL).

Activity period. April–May, October.
