Number of specimens recorded. 35.

Distribution. Europe. Portugal: three northern provinces.

Ecology. In Portugal this species was collected in diverse biotopes, with nearly half of them situated in parks. In northwestern Europe, D. signatus is mainly found in humid heathland and humid deciduous woodland ( Pollet & Grootaert 1987; Maes & Pollet 1997).

Rarity (%). 5.7 (fairly rare). Common (FL).
