Type locality: ‘San Nicholas, island of Zebu, Philippines’. Label locality: ‘San Nicholas, Zebu 4 fms’, ‘Philippine Is.’. Type material: Lectotype NHMUK 1968241 (H. Cuming collection). Indirect lectotype selection by inference of holotype (Bratcher & Cernohorsky, 1987: 90, pl. 22, fig. 80).
