Type material: Lectotype NHMUK 1979156/1 and 1 paralectotype (‘spiral fragment’) NHMUK 1979156/2 (P.P. Carpenter collection). Indirect lectotype selection by inference of holotype (Bratcher & Cernohorsky, 1987: 141, pl. 40, fig. 157e).
