Pseudosmittia View in CoL

- Three species were collected, one undescribed. Pseudosmittia windwardensis was the most common (75 mounted specimens), while 39 specimens of the widespread P. forcipata were collected. It should be noted that, pending further investigation, some of the putative new orthoclad genera found during this study may belong with Pseudosmittia . Ferrington & Saether (2011) provided the most recent review of the genus.
