- To date, only one species of the subgenus P. ( Procladius ) has been reported from the Neotropics: P. mozambique Roback , from Colombia ( Roback 1982b). The single species of Procladius collected at Zurquí, P. ( Procladius ) sp. ZUR-1, more closely resembles P. (P.) paludicola Skuse , an Australian species ( Roback 1982a), but differs in coloration and morphology.
