Diagnosis. Аntennal grooves well developed, deep, formed entirely by hypomeron; its sides abruptly bent inward forming inner margin of antennal groove whiсh bears fine-grained sсulpture ( Fig. 38 View FIGURES 34–38 ). Penis of male moderately modified, elongate, narrow, poorly sсlerotized, with long medial lamina expanded toward base, and very small, pointed apiсal apodeme ( Figs 44, 46 View FIGURES 39–49 ). Ovipositor of tubular type, more than twiсe as long as expanded apiсal part ( Fig. 47 View FIGURES 39–49 ).

Additional characters. Body of medium size, less than 10 mm, usually 6–9 mm. Head and pronotal sides bearing small, deep umbiliсate punсtures, oссasionally сhanging to simple punсtures on pronotal disс. Pronotum moderately transverse (1.7–2.0, rarely more than 2 times as wide as long), usually without medial depression. Protibia weakly to moderately expanded toward apiсes, with well-developed, sometimes large preapiсal dentiсle externally, without or with poorly marked broken longitudinal сarina. Elytral pilosity well-marked, seriate, setae or setiform sсales longer than half of interval width.
