Cells are Gram-staining-negative, flagellated, and rod shaped. Colonies are cream color, circular, convex, and smooth after incubation on MA at 25℃ for 3 days under aerobic conditions. Strain is positive for esculin hydrolysis and β-galactosidase; but negative for nitrate reduction, indole production, glucose fermentation, arginine dihydrolase, gelatinase, urease, cytochrome oxidase, and utilization of glucose, arabinose, mannose, mannitol, N- acetyl-glucosamine, maltose, potassium gluconate, adipic acid, malic acid, capric acid, trisodium citrate, and phenylacetic acid in API 20NE. Strain LPB0190 About LPB (= NIBRBAC000501301) was isolated from seawater from Munseom , Jeju-do, Republic of Korea .
