REMARKS.—The large, upturned uncus, triangular head and fore wings infuscation on the apex and on the crossveins at the base of apical cells 1 and 2 quickly distinguish the species from the remaining Ecuadorian fauna.

DISTRIBUTION.—The species is currently known only from Napo and Orellana provinces, Ecuador ( Sanborn 2019a).
