Remarks. Zonalictus Michener, 1978 is a typical African subgenus of Patellapis Friese, 1909 with a single Arabian species ( ASCHER & PICKERING 2017).An endemic Socotran species resembles the Afrotropical species more than the Arabian one, thus we suspect its Ethiopian origin. Distribution. Endemic to Socotra: Adho Dimellus ( KIRBY 1900, 1903; KOHL 1906, 1907).
