Range:— Endemic to Bolivia (CO, LP).
Ecology:— Fairly common; terrestrial in humid forests; 2400–2600 m.
Notes:— Probably closest to Parablechnum cordatum , but differs by having dark brown rhizome scales with occluded cells, narrower, thinner-textured pinnae, and more scales on the rachises.
