Holotype male seen; chaetotaxy damaged, scutum damaged close to the pin, mid right leg missing.
Diagnosis. General colour brown with grey pollinosity; scutum with one brown vitta; postpronotum yellow; frons brown, fronto-orbital plate grey pollinose, face and gena strongly silver; postpedicel yellow; legs yellow, mid and hind femora each with a preapical brown ring; arista short-plumose; hind tibia without a posterodorsal seta. Notes. Included in the strigipes group. Known only from the holotype male.
