1 PT: 1 Ƌ PHILIPPINES: Mindanao , Mount Apo, Lake Agko, 16.iii.2008 (M. & M. Bushell) [ BMNH (E) #878211]. The Ƌ holotype is in IRSBN . There are 2 additional paratypes (1 Ƌ & 1 ♀, also 1 egg) in IRSBN (1 ♀, 1 egg) and M. Gottardo Coll. (1 Ƌ).
