Material. HOLOTYPE m (mp) labelled`651; ex Phytomyza fulgens Hend. V. Delucchi leg.; MuÈnchen 15.VI.52; su Clematis vitalba; TYPE [red]; Epilampsis [sic] albicans Del. V. Delucchi det.`54’.

PARATYPES, VD: 3 mm (mp) with data as speci®ed by Delucchi (`ex Phytomyza’), considered as part of the type series . LUZM: 1 m (mp) from Sweden (Hedlandet) .

Remarks. For females mentioned by Delucchi could not be located.

Status. Junior synonym of Chrysocharis entedonoides (Walker) ( Hansson, 1985: 34) .
