Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Oman ( Guichard 1980; Roche 2007), Saudi Arabia ( Gadallah & Assery 2004a; Gadallah et al. 2013), United Arab Emirates ( Hamer 1986, 1988 both as “ M. sp. (? aegyptiaca Rad )”; Gillett & Gillett 2005 as Mimesa (?) aegyptiaca; Schmid-Egger 2014), Yemen (Gussakowskij 1937 as Psen aegyptiacus ).

Extralimital distribution: Egypt.
