Plants to 270 mm. Leaves 2, subopposite or opposite, ovate or lanceolate, 15-45 × 7-22 mm. Flowers 1-4, pink; median sepal linear, 4-5 × 0.8 mm, lateral sepals oblong-lanceolate, 4-6 × 3 mm, more or less free; lip blade triangular, glabrous, appendage of two diverging pubescent lobes.
DISTRIBUTION AND PHENOLOGY. — Madagascar; in moss forest from 1500 to 2000 m. Flowering mostly in January and February.
