Measurements: Approximately body length: 18.3; head width: 6.8; inter-tegular span: 6.2; forewing length: 14.2; UID: 3.3; LID: 3.2; mandible length: 3.0; mandible basal width: 1.5; labrum length: 0.9; labrum width: 1.8; F1 length: 1.2; F2 length: 0.3; F3 length: 0.4; scape length: 1.1; diameter of the median ocellus: 0.4; distance between the lateral ocellus and the eye: 0.9. Coloration: Head, mesosoma, fore and midlegs dark brown. Hind leg and metasoma brown ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Clypeus with two rhomboid yellow spots ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Wing membrane dark brown. Sculpture: Clypeus coriaceus with disc relatively thick and with dispersed punctation at sides. Labrum with fine and dense punctation; basal margin with a smooth area. Mesoscutum and mesoscutellum with fine, dense and relatively uniform punctation. Pubescence: White yellowish on gena, paraocular and malar areas, between ocelli and on the base of the mandible ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Vertex and interantenal area with dark brown hairs. Supraclypeal area with dark brown and white yellowish hairs mixed. Labrum with light yellow hairs. Mesoscutum, tegula and mesoscutellum with brown hairs. Laterodorsal area of the pronotum, anterior area of pronotal lobe, axilla and posterior surface of the mesoscutellum with yellow hairs ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Mesepisternum with brown pilosity, light yellow on the rest of the mesosoma. Tarsi of fore and midlegs with orange hairs. Fore femur and tibia with white yellowish hairs. Middle tibia with dark brown pilosity. Hind leg with yellow hairs. T1 with white yellowish hairs, orange on the other terga. Sterna with yellowish hairs. Prepygidial and pygidial fimbriae yellow. Structures: Mandible with four teeth, along the fifth on the inner surface. First, second and fourth tooth with narrowly rounded apex. Third tooth with relatively straight apex ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Trimmal angle acute. Acetabular carina reaching the base of the third tooth. Labrum semicircular. Clypeal disc slightly concave (lateral view). Inner orbits of compound eyes slightly converging below. Vertex above the upper ocular tangent. Secondary anterior comb of fore elaiospathe formed by three hairs. Primary basitibial plate relatively elliptical, secondary plate relatively rhomboid, well developed.

Male. Measurements: Approximately body length: 17.3; head width: 5.3; inter-tegular span: 5.8; forewing length: 13.8; UID: 2.5; LID: 2.5; mandible length: 2.2; mandible basal width: 1.2; labrum length: 0.7; labrum width: 1.4; F1 length: 0.7; F2 length: 0.3; F3 length: 0.5; scape length: 0.9; diameter of the median ocellus: 0.4; distance between the lateral ocellus and the eye: 0.5. Coloration: Head and mesosoma dark brown. Legs brown. Clypeus predominantly yellow, with brown lateral edge. Labrum yellow ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Wing membrane dark brown ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Sculpture: Clypeus coriaceus with sparse punctures. Clypeal disc unpunctated. Labrum coriaceus, with relatively fine and sparse punctation. Mesoscutum with fine and very dense punctation. Pubescence: Yellowish on gena, paraocular and malar areas, between ocelli and on the base of the mandible. Vertex and inter-antenal area with dark brown hairs. Supraclypeal area with dark brown and white yellowish hairs mixed. Lateral area of the clypeus with brown and long hairs. Labrum with light yellow hairs ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Mesoscutum, tegula and mesoscutellum with brown hairs, darker toward the pronotal lobe. Laterodorsal area of pronotum, pronotal lobe and posterior surface of mesoscutellum with intense yellow hairs. Mesepisternum with light brown hairs, light yellow on the rest of the mesosoma ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Legs with dark brown hairs, lighter on fore leg, and yellowish on coxae and trochanters. Tarsi of fore and midlegs with orange hairs. Metasoma with orange hairs, except T1 with brown pubescence. Claws of middle and hind legs with a tuft of long and plumose hairs at the base. Structures: Mandible with three teeth of acute apex ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Trimmal angle obtuse, almost absent. Acetabular carina reaching the base of the third tooth. Clypeal disc slightly concave (lateral view). Labrum semicircular. Inner orbits of compound eyes converging above ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ). Distance between the lateral ocellus and the eye approximately twice the diameter of the median ocellus. Hind femur well developed. Pygidial plate absent.
