Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, central Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern China.

Dendrobium koyamae Nob.Tanaka,T.Yukawa& J.Murata, Acta Phytotax.Geobot. 60: 173,2010. Type:— MYANMAR. Chin State: Mindat District, 1500−2000 m, Tanaka et al. 20040042 (holotype: MBK [s]; isotype: TNS [s])

Specimens examined:— CHIN. Mindat District : type; same loc., 9 Aug 2008, Yasuda 060037 ( MBK). Distribution:— Endemic .

Dendrobium lasioglossum Rchb. f., Gard. Chron. 1868: 682, 1868. Type :— MYANMAR. Without locality: Parish 304 (holotype: W?)

Homotypic synonym: Callista lasioglossa (Rchb.f.) Kuntze, Revis. Gen . Pl. 2: 655, 1891.

Specimens examined:— WITHOUT LOCALITY. Type; Benson s.n. (not located), fide Kraenzlin (1910: 54); Parish s.n. (not located), fide Kraenzlin (1910: 54).

Distribution:— Endemic.

Note:— Probably W-R 39542 of Veitch s.n. dated 3 Apr 1868 is the actual type .

Dendrobium laterale L.O.Williams, Amer. Orchid Soc. Bull. 9: 272, 1941. Type:— MYANMAR. Chin State: Falam District , 2315 m, 2 Apr 1938, Dickason 7359 p.p. (holotype: AMES, Harvard University Herbaria 00090134)

Falam District : type; same loc., 1890 m, Apr 1910, Venning 7 ( K) ; same loc., 1675 m, 5 Apr 1938, Dickason 7378 ( AMES) ; Mindat District : 1500 m, 20 Jan 2008, Yasuda 060031 ( MBK) ; same loc., 2200 m, 24 May 2012, Fujikawa et al. 089254 ( MBK) ; same loc., 2525 m, 27 Feb 2014, Srisanga et al. 097363 ( MBK) .

Distribution:— Endemic.

Notes:— Dickason 7359 is a mixed collection of two unrelated (though superficially similar) species that the collector presumably regarded as being the same. The two parts of this collection were later described as two new species, D. laterale and Conchidium dickasonii Ormerod , the latter currently accepted as Porpax dickasonii (Ormerod) Schuit., Y.P.Ng & H.A.Pedersen. Although the major locality and date are the same for both specimens, the elevation indicates that the two plants were collected at different minor localities.

Dendrobium leucochlorum Rchb. f., Gard. Chron., n.s., 11: 202, 1879. Type :— MYANMAR. Mon State : Mawlamyine District, 22 Jan 1879, cult. Veitch s.n. (holotype: W-R 39900 )

Homotypic synonyms: Callista leucochlora (Rchb.f.) Kuntze, Revis. Gen . Pl. 2: 655, 1891. Eurycaulis leucochlorus (Rchb.f.) M.A.Clem., Telopea 10: 287, 2003.

Specimen examined:— MON. Mawlamyine District : type. Also reported from Tanintharyi Region by Kress et al. (2003: 74), but we have not seen material from this area.

Distribution:— Endemic.
