Specimen examined:— KACHIN. Putao District : fide Aung et al. (2020: 80; as Dendrobium minutiflorum ) .

Distribution:— Asia-Pacific,?northern Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina, and throughout Malesia to New Guinea and the western Pacific.

Note:— Dendrobium minutiflorum Kraenzl. was described from New Caledonia and is considered a taxonomic synonym of Appendicula reflexa Blume. We suspect that the report of this species in Aung et al. (2020) may be an error for D. minutiflorum S.C.Chen & Z.H.Tsi (current name D. sinominutiflorum S.C.Chen, J.J.Wood & H.P.Wood ), which is here newly reported for Myanmar based on a different collection (see below).
