The species is described from Mexico ( Metcalf 1963a). It has also been reported from Guatemala and Honduras ( Sanborn 2006b). Mexican specimens are reported from Michoacán ( Davis 1942). The author has identified specimens from Chiapas, San Luis Potosí, and Queretaro.
