In the few recordings of one of the type specimens from the Nguru Mountains , only pairs of syllables (syllable period 51 ± 3 ms; SRR = 20 Hz; n = 10) were detected. The intervals between the pairs were obviously large, since recordings containing two pairs in sequence do not exist .
