The chromosome set is 2n = 6. AB and CD chromosomes are metacentric, while GEF chromosome is submetacentric ( Fig. 19 View FIGURE 19 ). The chromosome G that has formed by fusion with the EF chromosome has one NOR and two BRs. One BR is in arm B. The homologues of chromosome GEF are partially incongruent. The species markers in chromosome GEF are the two dark bands between which there are two lighter and two dark bands ( Fig.19 View FIGURE 19 ). The species from the site in Bulgaria is monomorphic, while Kiknadze et al. (2016) reported high polymorphism in this species. Eight larvae were studied .
