The chromosome set is 2n = 8. The chromosomes AB,CD are metacentric, chromosome EF—submetacentric, chromosome G—telocentric. The centomere regions of all chromosomes are visable by distinct dark bands ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 ). Arm A4.4 has several homozygous inversion. Arm C2.2 formed by homozygous inversion, on which the “basic” sequences are near to the centromere region ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 ). The homologues of chromosome G are unpaired. Markers are the two BRs located to the NOR. After second BR there are several dark bands which can be used for species identification ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 ). Ten individuals were studied.
