Oxypoda (Thliboptera) tenuilaminata View in CoL sp.n. ( Figs 151-156 View Figs 151-162 , Map 7 View Map 7 )

Holotype 3: TR - TR [36] - Adana, NE Kozan, Pinarbaşı- Eyüplü , 37°56'45N, 36°06'22E, 1560 m, 27.IV.2005, Brachat & Meybohm GoogleMaps / Holotypus 3 Oxypoda tenuilaminata sp. n. det. V. Assing 2006 (cAss).

D e s c r i p t i o n: Based on external characters, indistinguishable from O. inermis ( Figs 151-152 View Figs 151-162 ).

3: sternite VIII oblong, its posterior margin strongly convex ( Fig. 153 View Figs 151-162 ); median lobe of aedeagus of similar general morphology as in O. inermis , but ventral process much more slender in lateral view ( Figs 154-155 View Figs 151-162 ); apical lobe of paramere as in Fig. 156 View Figs 151-162 .

♀: unknown

E t y m o l o g y: The name (Lat., adj.: with thin plate) refers to the slender ventral process of the median lobe of the aedeagus.

C o m p a r a t i v e n o t e s: Fromthe similar O. fissa , O. recta , and especially O. inermis , this species can be reliably separated only based on the morphology of the median lobe of the aedeagus, especially the shape of the ventral process.

D i s t r i b u t i o n a n d b i o n o m i c s: The type locality is situated in the north of Adana province ( Map 7 View Map 7 ), central southern Anatolia, at an altitude of 1560 m.
