Anomopterellinae : Rasnitsyn, 1980: 180 [as subfamily of Praeaulacidae View in CoL ]; Zhang & Rasnitsyn, 2008: 483 [rediag.]; Li et al., 2013a: 3 [diag., restored as a family of Evanioidea View in CoL ].
Currently 12 species within three genera of this family are recorded in the world, with nine species from two genera reported from China, included within Anompopterella (8 spp.) and Synaphopterella (1 sp.).
