Occurrence in northern and northeastern Brazil: PA: Barros et al. (1997); MA: Coelho & Ramos-Porto (1980); RN: Ferreira & Sankarankutty (2002); PB: Rathbun (1900); PE: Coelho (1964); AL: Souza et al. (2000); BA: Rathbun (1918).
