Current Status. Valid species.
Remarks. The species was based on an unknown number of specimens of both sexes. Spaeth (1923) explicitly stated that the types are in his collection and cotypes are in the Zoological Museum in Kristiania (now Zoologisk Museum, Oslo, Norway). Since Spaeth did not explicitly select a unique specimen as the holotype, all specimens are syntypes, and the ZMH specimen is part of the type series. According to a label handwritten by Spaeth, he received the specimen from the collection of J. S. Baly.
Until now, the description was thought to have been published in 1922. However, it appeared in the fourth issue of the first volume (for the year 1922) of Norsk Entomologisk Tidsskrift, which was released no sooner than 24 June 1923. Hence, the year is changed accordingly.
