Descriptive notes. Male ( Fig. 2C ). Aedeagus ( Figs 3G–H ) strongly sclerotized. Parameres strongly developed and shell-shaped, about half length of phallus, with lateral margins converging apically in ventral view ( Fig. 3H ) and feebly protuberant in lateral view ( Fig. 3I ). Phallus nearly parallel-sided at basal part in dorsal and ventral views ( Figs 3G, H ), subapical part hardly inflated laterally, nearly as wide as basal part, with a long-fusiform ventral-cavity, apical part nearly parallel-sided, apex about 0.62 times as wide as subapical part; basal part nearly straight in lateral view ( Fig. 3I ), subapical part inflated ventrally, apical part progressively constricted distad.

Distribution. Northern India, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, China (new faunistic record: Yunnan, Xizang).

Remarks. We identified this species following the thesis of Li (2015), in which the macro photographs of male habitus (Li 2015: figs 2A–D) and genitalia (Li 2015: figs 9A–D) were provided. Although the latter has never been published formally, those illustrations were done on basis of examination of syntypes and a large series of additional material. Despite that this species is found in China for the first time, the localities in Yunnan and Xizang are undoubted within the distribution range ( Kazantsev 1993; Li et al. 2012; Li 2015).
