Type-species. Seborgia relicta Holsinger, 1980 (freshwater aquifer, south-central Texas).

S. hershleri Holsinger, 1992 (freshwater aquifer, south-central Texas); S. kanaka Jaume et al., 2009 (submarine cave, Loyalty Islands); S. minima Bousfield, 1970 (anchialine lake, Rennell Island); S. potiguar Fišer et al., 2013 (phreatic freshwater pool in cave, Brazil); S. sanctensis Jaume et al., 2009 (anchialine pool located outside entrance to cave, Vanuatu); S. schieckei Ruffo, 1985 (interstitial medium at the mouth of a coastal stream, Andaman Islands); and S. vietnamica Jaume et al., 2009 (phreatic freshwater lake in cave, Vietnam).
