Fuminana guaricica View in CoL sp. nov.
( Figs 14 View FIGURES 14 –34, 76, 77, 85)
Diagnosis. Pygofer (Fig. 20) apex subtriangular, tapered and subacute. Style (Fig. 24) apex curved dorsally and acute, forming an acute tooth-like subapical process in posterior view. Aedeagus (Figs 25, 26) shaft curved dorsally; apex with two transparent lobes, and two pairs of processes directed dorsally.
Measurements. Total length: Holotype male: 12.6 mm. Paratypes: males (n = 35), 12.3–13.0 mm; females (n = 4), 13.6–15.0 mm.
Coloration. Frons (Fig. 15) with black punctures only near crown-face transition. Protibia (Fig. 85) almost completely black. Other characteristics as in generic description.
Description. Prothoracic leg (Fig. 85) without filiform setae on ventral surface of femur and tibia. Other characteristics as in generic description.
Male terminalia. Sternite VIII (Fig. 18) 1.4x wider than long; posterior margin slightly excavated medially. Valve (Fig. 19) 1.7x wider than long. Pygofer (Fig. 20) 2x longer than maximum height; ventral margin straight; apex subtriangular, tapered and subacute. Subgenital plate (Fig. 21), in ventral view, 4.2x longer than wide; inner margin almost straight; outer margin weakly rounded; apex narrowed and rounded. Connective (Fig. 22) slightly longer than wide; stem length ca. 1/3 of basal width of connective. Style (Fig. 23), in dorsal view, with outer lobe rounded; in lateral view (Fig. 24), blade narrow, slightly curved dorsally, weakly broadened medially; apex curved dorsally and acute, forming an acute tooth-like subapical process in posterior view. Aedeagus (Figs 25, 26) dorsal apodeme with laterodorsal angles produced laterally and divergent; shaft curved dorsally; apex, weakly sclerotized, forming two transparent lobes, and two pairs of sclerotized processes directed dorsally.
Female terminalia. Sternite VII ( Figs 27 View FIGURES 27 , 28) 2x wider than long; posterior margin weakly excavated laterad of trapezoid notch which occupies the median 1/6. Pygofer (Fig. 28), in lateral view, ca. 2x longer than maximum height. First valvula (Fig. 29) ca. 5 times higher than long. Second valvula (Fig. 31) ca. 3.6x longer than high. Second valvifer (Fig. 33) ca. 2.7x longer than high. Gonoplac (Fig. 33) ca. 2.5x longer than high. Other characteristics as in generic description.
Etymology. The species epithet refers to the Reserva Particular do Patrimônio Natural da Guaricica, of the Sociedade em Pesquisa da Vida Selvagem e Educação Ambiental (SPVS), municipality of Antonina, Paraná State, where most specimens were collected.

Remarks. Among the previously described species of Fuminana , only F. saga has the aedeagus with two pairs of processes. Fuminana guaricica sp. nov. can be easily differentiated by the distinctly longer processes (Figs 25, 26), surpassing the apex of the shaft, whereas in F. saga , the processes are short, not reaching the apex.
