TYPE LOCALITY: Philippines, Calamian Isis, Busuanga Isl, Minuit, sea level .

DISTRIBUTION: Busuanga, Balabac, and Palawan Isis.

COMMENTS: Originally described as the type species of Insulaemus ( Taylor, 1934) . In morphology and geographic continuity, C. calamianensis is most closely related to C. major of mainland Borneo (Musser, 1979).
