TYPE LOCALITY: Indonesia, C Sulawesi, Gunung Nokilalaki, 6500 ft .

DISTRIBUTION: Known only from 5300-7500 ft in montane rain forest on Gunung Nokilalaki, but probably occurs on mountains elsewhere in central core of Sulawesi.
