TYPE LOCALITY: C Zaire, Lukolela .

DISTRIBUTION: Known only from the type locality.

COMMENTS: Originally described as a subspecies of P. jacksoni ( Hatt, 1934b) , and then treated as a subspecies of P. tullbergi ( Petter, 1975c) , minor is a distinct species in the P. jacksoni complex ( Van der Straeten and Dudu, 1990) .
