TYPE LOCALITY: China, W Sichuan, Tatsienlu, 9000 ft .

DISTRIBUTION: China (Sichuan).

COMMENTS: A Sichuan endemic related to and occurring sympatrically with N. andersoni ( Musser, 1981 b; Musser and Chiu, 1979).
