TYPE LOCALITY: Indonesia, C Sulawesi, Gunung Nokilalaki, 7500 ft .

DISTRIBUTION: Known only between 6500 and 7500 ft in the upper montane rain forest on Gunung Nokilalaki, but probably occurs in other mountainous regions of at least C Sulawesi.
