DISTRIBUTION: SE Arizona and SW New Mexico, E Texas, USA, south to Michoacan, C Hidalgo, and C Veracruz, Mexico.

SYNONYMS: allex , analogus, ater , canutus, fuliginatus, paulus , subater.
