Genus Ploegia View in CoL n. gen.
Type species: Ploegia occulata View in CoL n. sp.
Etymology: We name this genus after our friend Gaël De Ploëg who discovered the Oise amber.
Diagnosis: Male antenna distinctly hairy, eye without dorsomedial extension, mid and hind legs without pseudospur on tarsomere 1; wing membrane bare; scutum with median longitudinal groove; dorsocentrals uniserial; gonostylus simple, narrow and elongate, with strong apical megasetae; anal point narrow and short.
