Rostrum almost straight, 0.8 times as long as pronotum, 4.3 times as long as wide at apex, 4.6 times as long as wide in middle, 2.9 times as long as wide at base, with two longitudinal carinae, without adpressed setae ventrally. Antennae inserted near rostrum basis ventrally, extend middle of pronotum. First-ninth antennomeres subconical. First antennomere 2.5 times as long as wide at apex, reaching eye. Second antennomere 1.6 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.6 times as long as and 0.9 times as narrow as first antennomere. Third antennomere 2.4 times as long as wide at apex, 1.1 times as long as and about 0.7 times as narrow as second antennomere. Fourth antennomere 2.2 times as long as wide at apex, 0.9 times as long as and subequal in width to third antennomere. Fifth-seventh antennomeres subequal in length. Fifth antennomere 1.8 times as long as wide at apex, 0.9 times as long as and 1.1 times as wide as fourth antennomere. Sixth antennomere about 1.7 times as long as wide at apex, slightly wider than fifth antennomere. Seventh antennomere equal to sixth antennomere. Eighth antennomere 1.6 times as long as wide at apex, 1.1 times as long as and about 1.2 times as wide as seventh antennomere. Ninth antennomere about 1.3 times as long as wide at apex, about 1.1 times as long as and about 1.3 times as wide as eighth antennomere. Antennal club apically tomentose, 2.8 times as long as wide in middle, 2.8 times as long as and about 1.3 times as wide as ninth antennomere. Forehead weakly convex, 0.8 times as narrow as rostrum base width, with median longitudinal furrow, densely rugose-punctate. Eyes large, convex, finely faceted. Head behind eyes with constriction. Temples about 0.6 times as long as eye. Pronotum campaniform, 1.4 times as long as wide at apex, 0.9 times as long as wide in middle and at base, weakly convex, with fife longitudinal carinae, with very weak teeth on sides, finely rugose-punctate. Distance between points longer than their diameter. Pronotum sides narrowed to apex. Scutellum semi-oval, of equal length and width. Elytra suboval, 1.7 times as long as humeri, 1.6 times as long as wide in middle, 1.9 times as wide at apical fourth, 2.3 times as long as pronotum, with smoothed humeri. Elytral disc with two distinct long carinae and weak striae. Apex of elytra with tooth. Precoxal portion of prosternum long, 1.8 times as long as procoxal cavity. Postcoxal portion of prosternum short, about 0.7 times as long as precoxal portion. Procoxal cavities separated. Metaventrite weakly convex, punctate, two times as long as metacoxal cavity. Metepisternum narrow, about 5.7 times as long as wide in middle. Abdomen convex, densely punctate. Ventrites free. First ventrite about 1.7 times as long as metacoxal cavity. Second ventrite 0.8 times as long as first ventrite. Third ventrite 0.8 times as long as second ventrite. Fourth ventrite 0.8 times as long as third ventrite. Fifth ventrite 1.2 times as long as fourth ventrite. Legs quite long. Procoxae large, spherical. Femora weakly thickened, lacking teeth, densely punctate. Tibiae short and wide. Tarsi wide. First tarsomere conical. Second and third tarsomeres bilobed, with erect setae ventrally. Fifth tarsomere elongate. Tarsal claws free, divergent. Total body length (without rostrum) 4.1 mm. Length of rostrum 1.0 mm.

Etymology. From Bengkulu.
