Diagnosis ( Condé 1954, 1966)

It was described based on thirteen badly preserved specimens from the Austrian Alps, but Condé (1954) was able to discover two features that do not fit with its closest congener C. (P.) suensoni Tuxen, 1930 : the existence of one bacilliform sensillum on the trochanter and the remarkable presence of only 2+2 lp macrosetae, well barbed on the VIII urotergite.
