Distribution: Tropical Asia (widespread), Guam, Hawaii, Nauru (eradicated in 1999), Northern Marianas, Papua New Guinea (widespread), Solomon Islands. Male lure: Cue-lure. Remark: Infests hosts at the flowering and fruiting stages.
